As a non-profit organization, VCX Forum conducts regular elections every two years to ensure balanced governance and prevent any concentration of influence. This rotation or reappointment system allows for transparency, accountability, and continuity.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), the majority of board members were re-elected for another two-year term, reaffirming the stability and trust in the current leadership. The only change to the board’s composition is in the role of Treasurer—a key position responsible for the financial oversight of the Forum.
After years of dedicated service by Joe(Zhouxiong Fei) from Xiaomi, the role of Treasurer has now been passed on to Tsai Jang-jer from AMD, who was officially elected by member vote. Over the next two years, Tsai will oversee all financial matters of the VCX Forum, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation, ensuring that the organisation’s financial foundation remains strong and sustainable.
