The VCX Score Publication Policy has been updated to improve clarity, consistency, and transparency regarding the publication of VCX test results.
The revision introduces clearer definitions and publication rules related to product announcement timing, market availability, and publication eligibility, particularly for pre-launch devices. The updated framework also clarifies the distinction between Pre-Launch and In-Market devices, together with the conditions under which their results may be published.
Key updates include:
• Clarified definitions of announcement date and launch / market availability date
• Clearer publication timing rules for pre-launch devices
• Formalized publication eligibility requirements
• Explicit prohibited publication scenarios
• Improved governance, traceability, and content removal procedures
These updates are intended to establish a more consistent and predictable publication framework while reducing ambiguity for OEMs, members, labs, and external stakeholders.
