On the 8th of October, VCX-Forum had the Annual General Meeting with the members. The annual general meeting is a legal requirement for VCX-Forum to formally serve as a non-profit organization.
VCX Forum operates transparently and openly, VCX members can check all internal data and participate in the operation.
During the meeting, all the operational reports have been made as well as the finance plans. The VCX board member has been changed due to personal reasons, Fengtian has taken over the treasurer position.
The member meeting was finished by confirming the direction of operation and reminding unresolved tasks.
