The VCX Forum announces that Intel PRC (Intel APAC R&D Ltd.) has been officially recognized as a VCX Forum Certified Laboratory (VFCL) as of April 8, 2026.
VFCL status confirms that the laboratory meets VCX Forum requirements for conducting camera evaluation tests in accordance with defined procedures and quality standards. Certified laboratories are authorized to perform VCX-related testing under controlled conditions, ensuring consistency, reliability, and traceability of results.
As a VFCL, Intel PRC is authorized to:
• Conduct VCX-compliant camera testing based on official test procedures
• Generate test data that can be used for VCX scoring
• Support member and partner testing activities under defined confidentiality frameworks
The certification process includes a structured audit covering equipment setup, test capabilities, process compliance, and data handling. Intel PRC successfully completed this process, demonstrating alignment with VCX standards.
The VCX Forum acknowledges the effort and commitment of the Intel PRC team throughout the audit process and looks forward to their continued contribution to the VCX ecosystem.
