We are pleased to welcome Lenovo Japan as the newest VCX Forum Certified Laboratory (VFCL).
Following the successful completion of the audit, the lab was officially certified for WebCam testing on September 15, 2026, becoming the sixth certified laboratory in our network.
Certified labs play an important role in making VCX testing available across different regions while maintaining a consistent level of quality. They provide members with additional testing capacity and ensure that measurements are carried out under controlled conditions using the same defined procedures and requirements.
The audit covered the laboratory setup, equipment, test capabilities, procedures, and data handling. All required steps were successfully completed, confirming that the lab meets the certification requirements.
As a certified lab, Lenovo Japan can::
- Conduct WebCam testing at its certified facility using the defined procedures and tools
- Generate qualified test results that can be submitted for VCX scoring and evaluation
- Support members and partners with testing under the applicable confidentiality requirements
The addition of the new lab further expands our worldwide testing capacity and strengthens the global network of qualified laboratories available to VCX members.
